We would also be pleased to give you a discount for large scale orders that are made and customized by us, please do not hesitate to ask our representatives about possible savings.
Our lead times can vary from 1 to 4 weeks maximum depending on the quantities ordered.

Shipping lead times and shipping costs

Order with samples: shipping within 10days after validation of quote and payment
- Sample shipping within the 7 days following your logo’s reception*
- Shipping of the order within 15 days after the quote’s and payment validation
Order without samples: shipping within 15 days after validation of quote and payment

For express shipping, contact our customer service +33 1 44 54 83 66 because we are able to reduce the shipping leadtimes under certain circumstances that our representatives will study with you. 72Hours shipping; this express service is invoiced 20%extra. Validation on digital mock up only.

The samples and orders are shipped, express (shipping within 48h) by our transporters TNT express or DHL.
Your order’s preparation and shipping costs go up to 37 € before tax and they are offered for an order exceeding 1550 € before tax.
Delivery at your offices from Monday to Friday before 1p.m., no private home delivery.
* The logo must be exploitable. Please note : as with your printing works, only a vectorized Adobe® Illustrator™ (.ai ou .eps) file enables us to guarantee an optimized result.

Payment conditions

Payment at the time of order
Three payment modes possible:
1/ Secured payment by credit card
The online payments are made via a securised SSL platform put at your disposal by USBandco’s bank. Your bank data is never given to us.
You can also send your credit card payments via fax or telephone.
2/ Payment by credit transfer
Thanks for stating your invoice or order number in your credit transfer.

Credit transfer costs will be charged to the principal.

For functional samples (non functional samples are free) payment is exclusively made by credit card directly on the website.
